We are very impressed with Matthew for always making himself available and being very kind and understanding in helping us through the process. Also appreciated Lee and Sasha for their help with any queries and for letting us visit whenever we asked. We were very happy with all aspects of the funeral as it was everything we had personally asked for.

We have used Rushtons to arrange the funerals of both my parents and have been highly impressed by the level of kindness and care provided to us and to my Mum and Dad. My dad’s funeral was recently arranged to match all our expressions and requests, and as we no longer live locally, this was all managed by Lee and Sasha, who worked extremely hard to capture what was being asked for with no problems. I was never in any doubt that we would be supported both before and on a very difficult day, and this was the case.

I was very impressed with all your staff I came into contact with, they were so respectful kind and helpful in carrying out their duties and dignified at the cremation of my beloved wife Elaine, they made the passage easier to cope with at a very difficult time. The little touches that made a big difference to me, walking in front of the funeral cars and bowing in respect to Elaine as they passed the funeral hearse.

In my initial meeting with Mr Matthew Bickerdike, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Mr Bickerdike showed genuine compassion and kindness throughout. He later emailed us with all the funeral arrangements clearly outlined. The professionalism, respect, and care he showed were truly exemplary.

If I could give the M Rushtons team 20 stars I would do. Lee and Sasha managed my mum's funeral for our family and they looked after her with care and respect. Mum looked beautiful and at peace when we spent some time with her. They couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble.
The day went smoothly and Lee and team took care of everything. We were left with beautiful memories of a lovely lady and a positive experience. Thank you Lee, Sasha, Michael and the rest of the team for your care, understanding and professionalism.
