"We are extremely proud of our facilities and are happy to show anyone around should they wish.  We have a lovely bright reception area, an arranging room/family room/bereavement suite.  We have a peacefully decorated, comfortable Room of Repose, which has been dedicated and blessed by the Area Dean and local Clergy, for families to visit their loved one.  There is also a separate seated area should anyone wish to take a moment to compose themselves.  We also have our own Coffin Workshop on our premises, for preparing the coffin interiors to the families specification and our high standards.  Our mortuary is on our premises, modern and hygienic with the latest up to date facilities and equipment, including a temperature controlled environment, to enable us to look after a families loved one, in the best possible most dignified way.  In everything we do, the respect and dignity of our families and their loved ones, is at the forefront of our minds at all times."
