We couldn’t recommend Matthew and his team highly enough. They were exceptional and went above and beyond to take care of our mum and to accommodate us. Mum was treated with dignity and respect, and Sasha made sure every little detail was perfect - making mum look absolutely beautiful. Matthew guided us throughout the entire process and gave mum a truly special send off. They made an immensely difficult time that bit easier.

Lee and Sasha at Rushton’s went above and beyond to make mum so comfortable and welcomed all the family when they came to see her. The funeral day went so beautifully with Lee and the other m movers of staff had green ties and a shamrock on for mum an amazing personal touch. We can’t recommend them enough excellent service with a friendly feeling xx

My wife was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer August 2025. We were given a 3 month prognosis. My wife fought the cancer for the next 6 months. Unfortunately my wife lost the fight, the tumour had grown and my wife passed away 21.04.26
I contacted Rushtons who took over everything. They treated my wife with dignity and took care of myself throughout the whole process. Both Lee and Sasha were very patient with me. My loss was extremely traumatic. Communication could not be faulted, so important during this difficult time, they looked after my wife whilst she was in the chapel of rest and kept me informed. I would recommend Rushtons to anyone needing support and guidance through probably the most difficult time anyone will ever experience. My wife is now back at home in pride of place amongst all the wood art and our two Boyz.

We are very impressed with Matthew for always making himself available and being very kind and understanding in helping us through the process. Also appreciated Lee and Sasha for their help with any queries and for letting us visit whenever we asked. We were very happy with all aspects of the funeral as it was everything we had personally asked for.

We have used Rushtons to arrange the funerals of both my parents and have been highly impressed by the level of kindness and care provided to us and to my Mum and Dad. My dad’s funeral was recently arranged to match all our expressions and requests, and as we no longer live locally, this was all managed by Lee and Sasha, who worked extremely hard to capture what was being asked for with no problems. I was never in any doubt that we would be supported both before and on a very difficult day, and this was the case.

I was very impressed with all your staff I came into contact with, they were so respectful kind and helpful in carrying out their duties and dignified at the cremation of my beloved wife Elaine, they made the passage easier to cope with at a very difficult time. The little touches that made a big difference to me, walking in front of the funeral cars and bowing in respect to Elaine as they passed the funeral hearse.
