In my initial meeting with Mr Matthew Bickerdike, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Mr Bickerdike showed genuine compassion and kindness throughout. He later emailed us with all the funeral arrangements clearly outlined. The professionalism, respect, and care he showed were truly exemplary.

The team at Rushdens recently dealt with my Dads passing, for many of us in the family this was the first time we had dealt with such an emotional and testing journey.
The team guided us through the whole process with patience, compassion & professionalism. They wrapped an arm around us all & I cannot thank them enough for going above & beyond, highly recommend anyone in the same situation letting the team help you through this difficult process.

Rushdens carefully took care of every aspect of my mother's funeral, at a time when I needed the most help and guidance. Rushdens were brilliant and I don't know how any part of it could have been better, more respectful, more caring or more beautiful. Thoughtful and considerate. Checked in with me and my family regularly . Helped with all arrangements and were able to make suggestions enabling us to ensure the funeral and burial went without a hitch. Pall bearers were family and a bit nervous, but the staff were there all the time and explained how to carry coffin and help to lower it into grave. Everyone from Lee who was the main contact to office staff and others present throughout the service have been helpful, professional and courteous.Flowers were beautiful .Thank you all for your help
