Mike grew up in Banks and Michelle in Southport. They have lived in the area all their lives, with Michelle having family roots in Marshside, and now both live in Churchtown, only a 5 minute drive away from their funeral home. Mike has over 36 years experience as a Funeral Director and Manager of many funeral homes. Michelle has many years experience working in funeral homes and like Mike, is a Funeral Arranger and Funeral Director. She has also worked as a Bereavement Support Worker for a large charity, having both counselling and bereavement qualifications. They are both committed to providing a compassionate, professional service, and always put their clients needs first, often going above and beyond, to help families at such a difficult time . They have a small core team of dedicated, caring and professional staff, who are as commited to client care, dignity and respect as they are. Lee is also a Funeral Arranger and Funeral Director, meaning there are 3 Funeral Directors available for clients, however, Michelle does only Funeral Direct if requested these days as she is required on other duties .
